Business Development & Strategy
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in oil & gas projects, including EPC, O&M, fabrication, and services.
* Conduct market research to track upcoming projects, tenders, and investment opportunities.
* Develop and maintain a strong project pipeline aligned with company growth objectives.
* Support the development and execution of business development strategies and annual plans.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including IOCs, NOCs, EPC contractors, regulators, consultants, and project owners.
* Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and client presentations.
* Position the company early in project lifecycles to influence bid outcomes.
Tendering & Proposal Management
* Manage pre-qualification (PQ), RFQ, RFP, and tender processes.
* Coordinate with engineering, estimation, finance, and legal teams during bid preparation.
* Develop commercial proposals and support pricing strategies.
* Participate in bid/no-bid decisions and post-bid clarifications.
Commercial & Contract Support
* Support contract negotiations and ensure alignment with company risk and profitability guidelines.
* Review commercial terms including payment schedules, warranties, liquidated damages, and performance guarantees.
* Assist in handover from BD to project execution teams after contract award.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
* Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
* Prepare BD reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
* Maintain accurate records of opportunities and client interactions.
