Job Description

Anthrop Management Limited is recruiting on behalf of a reputable organisation with diversified business interests for the role of Executive Assistant to the Chairman.

Reports to: Chairman
Remuneration: Highly Competitive

Role Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Chairman, ensuring seamless coordination, effective communication, and timely execution of priorities in a fast-paced executive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chairman’s calendar, meetings, correspondence, and travel
  • Serve as a primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare executive briefs, reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Track priorities and follow up on assignments to ensure execution
  • Coordinate logistics for high-level meetings and official engagements
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders
  • Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital productivity tools
  • Willingness to travel at short notice
  • Based in Abuja or willing to relocate
