* Promote charcoal products and explain key benefits (long burn, high heat, low ash, quality).
* Close sales on the spot or follow up to secure orders.
* Generate leads, build customer relationships, and encourage repeat business.
* Meet daily and weekly sales targets (retail and bulk/wholesale).
* Submit daily sales reports, customer feedback, and market insights.
