We are seeking an HR executive who has the drive and passion to remotely manage all Human capital functions and show results. 

Job Description

This is a fully remote position for a Human Resources Executive based in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR management and operations, handle employee relations, administer HR policies, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. They will also drive initiatives for employee engagement, recruitment, training, and organizational development, ensuring the effective support of business objectives and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding, and documentation.
  • Coordinate staff confirmations, promotions, disciplinary processes, and exits.
  • Assist with payroll inputs, attendance tracking, shift roasters, and leave administration
  • Maintain employee records, HR reports, documentation, and HRIS updates.
  • Handle employee relations issues. Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
  • Oversee staff welfare, accommodation, and general administration.
  • Support performance management and appraisal.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors, including outsourcing firms, background checks, and HMO providers.
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company policies.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • 3 years’ HR experience, preferably in Real Estate
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, aPHRI) is an added advantage.
