- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.
- 3 years’ HR experience, preferably in Real Estate
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, aPHRI) is an added advantage.
