- Experience : Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Administration, preferably within manufacturing or FMCG environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other standard office productivity tools.
- Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) is a strong added advantage.
- Fluency in Hausa is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of Nigerian labour laws, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with project management principles, HR policy implementation, and change management.
- Demonstrated integrity, organisational skills, and a proven track record of excellence in HR and administrative leadership.
- Experience managing workforce issues common in Northern Nigeria, including union engagement, cultural diversity, and community relations.
This role is best suited for candidates currently residing in Kano, as the company is unable to provide relocation support for applicants outside the location.
