- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in marketing, specifically within the logistics or freight forwarding industry
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with shipping terms, Customs clearing processes (Form M/PAAR), and global shipping line operations
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication skills for high-level executive presentations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
