We are seeking a reliable and results-driven Operations/Logistics Manager to oversee the company’s supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will manage the entire order cycle, ensuring efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, and customer service
• Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers
• Monitor quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
• Organize warehouse, catalog goods, plan delivery routes, and process shipments
• Resolve operational issues and customer complaints
• Supervise, coach, and train warehouse staff
• Meet targets for cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness
• Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations

• Proven experience as a Logistics or Operations Manager
• Successful track record in distribution and logistics management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in standard logistics software
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
