A female real estate executive is hiring a hands-on Content Creator to build and manage her personal brand.

You’ll capture and produce content that positions her as a thought leader in real estate, wealth building, and lifestyle. This role is field-based. You’ll attend events, property inspections, meetings, and day-to-day activities to create content that feels natural but polished.

Content Capture & Production

• Shoot high-quality videos using a mobile phone (iPhone/Android)
• Capture professional-grade photos for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Set up lighting, framing, and audio independently

Video Editing

• Edit short- and long-form videos using CapCut
• Add captions, transitions, trending sounds, and text overlays
• Repurpose podcasts and long videos into platform-optimized clips

Personal Branding & Storytelling

• Create educational, inspirational, behind-the-scenes, and lifestyle content
• Communicate expertise in real estate while reflecting personality and values
• Maintain consistent visual identity and tone

Content Planning & Strategy

• Collaborate on weekly and monthly content calendars
• Track trends in the Nigerian digital space
• Suggest relevant content ideas based on engagement data

Publishing & Community Management

• Post and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
• Respond to comments and DMs where appropriate
• Track performance metrics and share insights

• Proven experience managing personal brand or lifestyle content (portfolio required)
• Strong CapCut editing skills. You should be able to produce a polished reel in under an hour
• Skilled in mobile videography and photography
• Strong sense of aesthetics and storytelling
• Understanding of Nigerian social media culture and trends
• Discreet, flexible, and comfortable working closely with a busy executive
• Strong caption writing and copy skills
• Based in Lagos or willing to relocate

Nice to Have

• Experience in real estate or luxury content
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar)
• Podcast content repurposing experience
• Understanding of Instagram and TikTok growth strategies
