Hiring Process
Our ideal is: apply Monday, offer by Friday. The process includes:
- Recruiter quick chat – basics like compensation, benefits, availability
- Technical expertise – paired session where we share our screen and write code together

- Role chat – with CTO Martin and Senior Engineering Manager Sean
