Job Description

The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring tasks are completed on schedule, communication flows effectively, and project documentation is properly maintained.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative and operational support to project teams.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Coordinate meetings, timelines, and follow-ups.
- Monitor progress and flag potential delays or issues. 
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support resource coordination and logistics when required 
- Ensure proper record-keeping and task tracking.

Required Skills

- Proven experience in administrative support.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
