Job Description

A reputable consulting, learning, and human development organization focused on empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their best is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, engage clients, and promote transformative services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for consulting and learning services 
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business 
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals 
• Collaborate with business development and consulting teams to design tailored client solutions 
• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management

Required Skills

• Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting targets (preferably in consulting, training, or human development services) 
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 
• Proactive, goal-driven, and results-oriented mindset 
• Ability to understand client needs and clearly articulate value propositions 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
