A Calgary-based fashion brand is hiring a Social Media & Multimedia Marketing Specialist to strengthen its digital presence.

This is a fully remote position. You’ll manage content, design assets, edit videos, and provide marketing insights. The role requires independent execution and availability during Canadian Mountain Time business hours.

Social Media Management

• Create and manage content calendars (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
• Write strategic captions and use trending audio
• Monitor engagement and track performance analytics
• Run basic paid ads on Meta platforms

Graphic Design & UI/UX

• Design promotional visuals and campaign assets
• Create landing pages, email templates, and forms using Figma or Adobe XD
• Maintain consistent brand visuals

Video Production

• Edit Reels, TikToks, testimonials, and branded content
• Add subtitles, transitions, and brand elements
• Optimize content for mobile and desktop

Marketing Research

• Analyze trends, competitors, and audience behavior
• Provide insights to improve strategy
• Recommend tools and growth opportunities

• Degree in Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Marketing Research, or related field
• Experience in the fashion industry is an advantage
• Familiarity with AI tools for video or design is mandatory

Technical Skills

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and content creation
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Pro
• Meta Business Suite experience
• Strong short-form video editing skills
• Bonus: Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or email marketing tools

Soft Skills

• Strong written and spoken English
• Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented
• Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
• Passion for fashion and branding

Remote role. Preferably based in Lagos, Nigeria.
