We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support hiring across multiple roles and functions. The ideal candidate enjoys finding talent, engaging candidates, and building strong pipelines.

Location: Lagos, Ibadan, or Northern Nigeria

• Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
• Screen CVs and support recruiters with talent shortlisting
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles
• Track sourcing activities and candidate progress

• 1–3 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment
• Ability to source diverse roles across industries
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment tools
