The Oilserv 2026 Ingenious Graduate Trainee Program is a structured two-year career development initiative aimed at nurturing exceptional young talent for future leadership roles within the Oilserv Group. 

In the first six months, trainees participate in rotational assignments across all subsidiaries to gain comprehensive business exposure. This is followed by an 18-month specialised development track in their chosen field or career. 

The program includes support for professional certification, skills development, project involvement, and mentorship. This opportunity provides hands-on industry experience, promotes career growth, and paves the way for becoming a high-performing professional in the oil and gas sector.

· Program Duration: 2 years (6-month rotation + 18-month specialised development)

· Location: Various Oilserv Group locations across Nigeria (with possible project site postings)

· Department: Multiple (rotations across all subsidiaries)

· Employment Type: Full-time

· Reports To: Assigned Line Manager / Human Resources Business Partner

· Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel and work in different locations as required
