Hiring Process
Our ideal is: apply Monday, offer by Friday. The process includes:

Recruiter quick chat – basics like compensation, benefits, availability
Technical expertise – paired session where we share our screen and write code together
Product thinking – chat with CPO or Product Manager about your product mindset
Role chat – with CTO Martin and Senior Engineering Manager Sean
