- Hold a BEng or BSc degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Statistics and Mathematics, Computer Science, Human Resources, or Psychology.
- Achieved a minimum of a 2nd Class Upper Division or equivalent CGPA from an accredited university.
- Be a recent graduate (Class of 2026) or expected to graduate within the next six months.
- Have completed NYSC camp within the past three months or expected to complete within the next six months in 2026.
- Legally authorized to work in Nigeria.
- Willing and able to be based in Lagos for the duration of the programme.
- Available to commence the programme in February 2027.
- Committed to completing the 24-month Graduate Programme.
