The AC/Maintenance Technician will install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning systems and related equipment, conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment, diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, monitor generators and electrical systems, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
