The Account Assistant will support the branch financial department by managing daily accounting tasks specifically within the kitchen environment while maintaining order and transparency for the company’s finances as part of a professional team.

• Manage daily accounting tasks related to kitchen operations and food costs
• Support the branch financial department with accurate record-keeping
• Perform basic calculations for inventory, sales, and expense tracking
• Maintain organized financial documentation for audit readiness
• Assist in reconciling kitchen-related transactions and reports
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and procedures
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and finance team to resolve discrepancies

• SSCE or OND holder with at least five credits including Mathematics and English
• Strong proficiency in basic calculations and numerical accuracy
• Well-composed demeanor with good analytical skills
• Computer literacy is an additional advantage
• Must currently reside in or be able to reliably commute to the Itire-Surulere Branch
