The Account Assistant will support the Accounts Supervisor in performing daily accounting tasks, including managing expense reports, entering financial transactions, and reconciling invoices.

• Manage expense reports and reimbursements.
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases.
• Reconcile invoices and ensure accuracy.
• Support the Accounting department in daily operations.
• Maintain transparency and efficiency in all transactions.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information.

• OND in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
• Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
• Familiarity with finance regulations.
• Good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors.
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
