The Account Assistant (OND) will ensure proper and accurate food portioning using a Portion Calculator, manage inventory on Navision, monitor transfer orders, post kitchen loss and product variance reports, balance kitchen and restaurant inventory daily, investigate variances, and handle daily opening/closing of restaurant operations on Ezee Burrp.

• Ensure proper and accurate food portioning using a Portion Calculator.
• Produce products on Navision to create inventory quantity on the system.
• Ship produced items from Kitchen location to restaurant locations on NAV daily.
• Monitor the receipt of Transfer Orders raised by production supervisors.
• Post and prepare Kitchen loss and Product Variance Reports.
• Handle drop integration when it pulls from Ezee to Navision and ensure inventory quantities tally with physical counts.
• Balance both Kitchen and Restaurant inventory daily and accurately.
• Investigate the cause of high variance (if any) before reporting it on the GL.
• Post items to be expensed into relevant GL expense accounts.
• Post items for staff meals to the relevant GL.
• Update and escalate on Product Ageing Tracker.
• Handle opening and closing of day for restaurant operations on Ezee Burrp.
• Escalate any abnormality or abuse of customer products by production or restaurant staff.

• Minimum of 1 year experience.
• Minimum of OND and Maximum of HND holders are eligible to apply.
• Must be computer literate.
• Conversant with Excel application.
• Must be good in or have interest in calculations.
• Well composed and articulate.
• MUST BE RESIDING IN BODIJA, IBADAN.
