Job Description

The Account Executive will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to close, driving adoption of PaidHR’s HRIS platform among mid-market and enterprise clients. This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping organizations transform how they manage people and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of HR, Finance, and IT decision-makers
  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover client needs and challenges
  • Deliver tailored product demos that show clear ROI
  • Negotiate, close deals, and consistently hit revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for pipeline forecasting
  • Partner with Customer Success for seamless onboarding and upsell opportunities

Required Skills

  • 3–5 years' SaaS sales experience (HR Tech, Payroll, or ERP preferred)
  • Proven track record of quota attainment
  • Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience selling to HR and C-suite executives
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and similar platforms

Success Will Be Measured By

  • Quota attainment (monthly/quarterly sales targets)
  • Number of qualified demos and discovery sessions delivered
  • Healthy pipeline coverage
  • Shorter sales cycles and higher win rates
  • Strong client satisfaction and long-term retention
