- 3–5 years' SaaS sales experience (HR Tech, Payroll, or ERP preferred)
- Proven track record of quota attainment
- Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience selling to HR and C-suite executives
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and similar platforms
