We’re looking for an experienced account manager to support merchants, lead client communication, and drive operational excellence for a fast-moving global technology company in the B2B e-commerce ecosystem. You will be the primary point of contact for merchants, supporting onboarding, integrations, performance monitoring, communication, and issue resolution. This role requires strong client management skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to navigate data, dashboards, and cross-functional coordination.
 

1. 3+ years in Account Management or Client Success
2. Fluent English, strong verbal & written communication, neutral accent.
3. High confidence leading client calls
4. Experience with B2B SaaS or e-commerce merchants
5. Ability to manage multiple accounts and work cross-functionally
6. Ability to interpret dashboards, metrics, and performance data
