Job Description

U-Connect is recruiting for the Account Support Officer role. The officer will assist in the daily operations of the branch, providing administrative and account management support while ensuring compliance with banking standards. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service orientation.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily branch operations.
     
  • Maintain accurate customer account record
     

Required Skills

  • Minimum of OND (Upper Credit) in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
     
  • Good numerical and analytical skills.
     
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
     
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
     
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
