The Accountant will take full responsibility for establishing structure, transparency, and financial discipline across the firm's finance and operational processes. This is a high-impact role for a finance professional who is comfortable operating with autonomy in a lean environment. The role requires strong technical capability, systems thinking, and the ability to independently manage core finance operations while supporting leadership with performance insights.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of Nigerian tax laws (2026 updates inclusive)
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and financial reporting
• Proven experience strengthening internal controls and financial processes
• Strong cash flow management and reconciliation skills
• Experience working in lean, fast-paced environments

Preferred

• ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification (or in view)
• Experience in workforce management, outsourcing, or service-based businesses
• Experience handling multi-entity financial reporting
• Exposure to governance frameworks and structured finance build-outs

• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills

• Strong communication skills (ability to present financial data clearly)
