The Accountant will be responsible for financial reporting, payroll management, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and overall financial record-keeping across operations. FMR Agency is recruiting a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial operations within a structured logistics and international distribution environment.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely remittance of statutory obligations (PAYE, VAT, WHT, etc.)
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow across operations
• Track expenses, revenue, and operational costs while ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to management
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control processes
• Liaise with auditors and support audit processes when required

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an accounting role (logistics or related industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, payroll, and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
