• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Monitor daily income, expenses, and cash flow.
• Manage invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Handle payroll and staff financial records.
• Ensure compliance with tax and statutory obligations.
• Monitor inventory and operational expenses.
• Support budgeting and financial planning activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial transactions.

• Minimum of National Diploma (ND) in Accounting.
• Additional accounting certifications will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 1–3 years relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping and financial reporting.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Good communication skills and integrity.
