• Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process payroll and ensure timely salary administration.
• Handle statutory remittances (PAYE, pension, VAT, WHT, NSITF, NHF).
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Manage tax filings, including annual tax returns and compliance reporting.
• Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and vendor accounts.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgeting.
• Use accounting software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks) for financial processing and reporting.
• Support audit processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Degree/HND in Accounting or related field.
• Strong experience in payroll and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks) and Excel.
• Ability to prepare management accounts and financial reports.
• Experience with tax filing and remittances.
• Must be available for immediate resumption.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Preferred industry experience: Hospitality (Hotels), Supermarkets/retail chains, Pharmacy stores, or Consulting firms.
