TMAsourcing Solutions is recruiting for a fast-growing aluminium and glazing company based in Aluminium Village, Dopemu, Agege, Lagos. The company operates in both production and retail environments within the aluminium and glazing industry.

We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support daily financial and inventory operations in a growing production and retail environment. This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in accounting, inventory management, and financial operations within a structured business setting.

• Job Location: Aluminium Village, Dopemu, Agege, Lagos
• Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
• Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday (Saturday operates on a shift basis)
• Salary: ₦150,000 Net

• Record daily expenses, purchases, and financial transactions.
• Track and update inventory in line with warehouse movements.
• Reconcile customer accounts, invoices, and bank statements.
• Work closely with the accountant and sales team to maintain accurate records.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting audits.
• Manage petty cash, vendor accounts, and basic payroll data.

• 1–3 years experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or similar role, OR strong accounting knowledge with practical experience.
• Familiarity with Sage, QuickBooks, or similar software.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Understanding of inventory tracking is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Net Salary: ₦150,000
