• Prepare accurate financial reports and statements for diverse client portfolios
• Perform regular account reconciliations including bank, ledger, and intercompany accounts
• Maintain up-to-date bookkeeping records using appropriate accounting software
• Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently
• Assist with tax computations and regulatory filing preparations as needed
• Communicate financial insights clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal quality control procedures
• Collaborate with audit and tax teams on integrated service delivery

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• 2 to 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
• Good understanding of financial reporting frameworks and bookkeeping principles
• ICAN or ACCA qualification (or currently in progress) is an added advantage
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting financial data accurately
• Excellent organizational abilities for managing multiple client engagements
• Effective communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-finance audiences
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis
