• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks software.
• Perform data entry and reconciliation tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial reporting, analysis, and data management.
• Support general accounting functions including AP/AR processing and expense tracking.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and documentation standards.
