Noani Home and Design is a home decor and design company based in Lekki, Lagos, seeking an accounting officer to manage daily financial operations.

• Record and manage all financial transactions accurately
• Prepare and send invoices for projects, products, courses, and consulting
• Track payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and reconcile accounts
• Monitor income and expenses across all business areas
• Manage project budgets and track actual spending vs budget
• Prepare financial reports (profit and loss, cash flow, balance sheet, etc.)
• Assist in pricing, cost analysis, and decision-making
• Manage payroll and staff payments
• Ensure tax compliance and statutory filings are up to date
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of proven experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Trustworthy, confidential, and solution-driven
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Zoho Books, and other accounting tools and spreadsheets
