• Record and review the company's daily sales.
• Compare monthly sales records to ensure they are accurate.
• Check the company's bank statements every month and ensure they match the records.
• Review the salary schedule prepared by HR to ensure all staff are included correctly before payment.
• Work with HR on staff salary and other employee-related payments.
• Check and reconcile daily purchases and expenses.
• Handle bank transactions such as deposits and withdrawals.
• Keep track of stock and ensure inventory records are accurate.
• Prepare the company's Value Added Tax (VAT) records for filing.
• Maintain the company's cash book by recording all money received and spent.

• ATS (Accounting Technician Scheme) Certificate or OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in Accounting or a related field.
