Department: Marketing/Client Services
Reporting To: Head of Strategy and Marketing
Employment Type: Full-time/Remote

Experience: 4 - 6 years 

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable strategies
• Coordinate internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget
• Present campaign strategies and results to clients
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Manage client expectations and resolve issues proactively
• Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 4-6 years of account management experience (agency or in-house marketing)
• Strong understanding of marketing campaigns and strategies
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Budget management experience
• Strong presentation and communication abilities
• Problem-solving mindset

Preferred Skills:

• Digital marketing campaign experience
• Project management certification
• Experience managing high-value accounts
