The Acquisition Associate will source vehicles for the Autochek platform by negotiating with sellers, managing customer relationships, and achieving acquisition targets while utilizing digital tools to streamline the procurement process.

The organization seeks passionate and driven Acquisition Associates to expand its vehicle inventory through strategic sourcing and negotiation while offering competitive commissions and hands-on training within a supportive team environment.

• Source and acquire quality used vehicles for the Autochek marketplace
• Negotiate prices effectively with car owners and dealers to secure optimal deals
• Manage relationships with sellers and maintain a robust pipeline of potential acquisitions
• Conduct vehicle inspections and verify documentation during acquisition process
• Achieve weekly and monthly acquisition volume targets consistently
• Utilize tablets and digital tools to record vehicle data and track acquisition progress
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition of acquired vehicles
• Provide excellent communication and follow-up with prospective sellers

• Minimum qualification of OND (Ordinary National Diploma)
• Strong negotiation and customer management skills
• Excellent communication abilities with a zeal to achieve results
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in field environments
• Interest in the automotive industry and vehicle valuation
• Willingness to undergo hands-on training and continuous learning
