Our client is one of the leading snacks manufacturing company in Nigeria and they are seeking a driven and energetic Activation Sales Manager to lead product awareness, visibility, and consumer engagement activities for the snack brands across Lagos and Ogun States. The ideal candidate will execute impactful market activations, drive demand, and support retail sales across markets, retail outlets, neighborhood stores, supermarkets, schools, and other high-footfall channels. 

• Plan and execute activation campaigns across Lagos and Ogun to increase product visibility and consumer trial.
• Lead sampling activities, market storming, school activations, in-store demos, and retail promotions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, school authorities, market leaders, and channel partners.
• Recruit, train, deploy, and supervise activation field teams and brand ambassadors.
• Support the sales team with activation-led demand generation to drive product pull at retail.
• Monitor activation performance, track KPIs, and provide weekly and monthly reports.
• Manage promotional materials and ensure all activations follow brand guidelines
  
   

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years’ experience in FMCG activation or trade marketing (snack/beverage experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Lagos and Ogun markets, retail channels, and consumer behavior.
• Proven ability to lead field teams and deliver successful activations.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across both states
