Job Description

Our Client, a leader in the Agri supply chain, is seeking a highly disciplined Admin & Accounting Officer to drive financial accuracy, operational governance, and administrative efficiency within the organization. This role requires strong financial control capability, process ownership, and the ability to operate within a fast-scaling commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Oversee daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, payables, and receivables management.
●Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal accounting controls and regulatory standards.
●Prepare periodic financial reports, cash flow summaries, and budget performance updates for management review.
●Manage payroll administration, vendor payments, expense tracking, and financial documentation.
●Support budget preparation, cost monitoring, and financial planning processes.
●Implement and maintain structured administrative systems, filing protocols, and operational documentation.
●Coordinate procurement, inventory documentation, and vendor relationship administration.
●Ensure proper record-keeping for statutory compliance, audits, and tax-related documentation.
●Provide administrative support to leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Required Skills

●Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
●Minimum of 1– 3 years’ experience in accounting and administrative roles.
●Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
●Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel).
●High level of integrity, accuracy, and organizational discipline.
●Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines effectively.
●Strong communication and reporting skills.
