The Admin/Inventory Officer will manage administrative operations and control inventory across the bar, kitchen, and office departments within the organisation.

• Maintain records, filing systems, and administrative reports
• Run inventory control including stock counts, reorder reports, and variance checks
• Support procurement through requisitions, invoices, and supplier records management
• Coordinate stock movement between bar and kitchen while preventing unauthorized withdrawals
• Track costs and support internal audits

• Degree in Business Admin, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field
• 2–4 years' experience in inventory control, store, or admin operations
• Hospitality experience is non-negotiable
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with inventory systems
• High integrity, attention to detail, and solid organizational skills
