Job Description

We are urgently seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Benin City. The ideal candidate must be experienced in administrative functions and possess a qualification in Business Management or a related field.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and coordination of meetings
  • Support management with reports, data entry, and clerical duties
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and staff as required
     

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or teaching (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Degree or diploma in Business Management or Health related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
