Job Description

A reputable educational institution is seeking a competent and proactive Administrative & Facilities Officer to oversee daily administrative operations while ensuring effective management and maintenance of facilities.

Job Title: Administrative & Facilities Officer
Location: Lagos State
Application Deadline: March 2026

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative processes, documentation, and correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, logistics, and operational activities
  • Supervise facility maintenance, repairs, and servicing schedules
  • Liaise with vendors and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
  • Conduct routine facility inspections and prepare reports

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Facility Management, Estate Management, Public Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience (experience in an educational environment is an advantage)
  • Working knowledge of facility management and maintenance systems
  • Strong organizational, communication, and supervisory skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
