- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Facility Management, Estate Management, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience (experience in an educational environment is an advantage)
- Working knowledge of facility management and maintenance systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and supervisory skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
