Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Officer to support the smooth daily operations of our office. The role involves handling administrative and logistical tasks, coordinating internal and external communications, and ensuring a well-maintained office environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, service-driven, and capable of working independently while supporting employees and management across various office functions.

Key Responsibilities

1) Responsible for daily office administrative tasks, including coordinating meeting arrangements (notifications, venue setup, and preparation of minutes), categorizing and archiving administrative documents (contracts, reports), and managing the procurement, distribution, and inventory of office supplies.

2) Coordinate logistical support activities, including liaising with vehicle scheduling within the Free Trade Zone to meet business travel needs, maintaining the office environment (cleaning and equipment maintenance), and assisting in resolving employees’ day-to-day office-related issues.

3) Assist with internal and external communication and support event organization, including liaison with the Free Trade Zone authorities.

4) Driving ability is an added advantage.

Required Skills

1) Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Administrative Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least one (1) year of experience in administration or logistics. Experience in park or corporate administrative services is an added advantage.

2) Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with the ability to independently handle English documents and official communication. Knowledge of major local Nigerian languages (such as Yoruba) is preferred.

3) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); detail-oriented and patient, with strong communication and coordination skills, and a solid service-oriented mindset.
