Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to support our event planning team. This role is central to ensuring smooth coordination, accurate documentation, and efficient communication across all event projects. The ideal candidate works well in a team, pays attention to detail, and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the event planning team
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
• Manage event documentation, contracts, and records
• Assist with vendor communication and follow-ups
• Track budgets, invoices, and basic financial records
• Support event logistics before, during, and after events
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Submit letters to physical offices when need be.
 

Required Skills

• Proven experience in an administrative role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Preferred (Not Mandatory)
• Experience in event planning or hospitality
• Familiarity with budgeting or basic accounting tasks
• Social media or client coordination experience
