A company in Ikeja, Lagos, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admissions & Visa Operations Officer to manage and coordinate clients' admission and visa applications.

• Manage and process study, work, and other visa applications from start to finish.
• Review client documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Research and provide accurate information on admission and visa requirements.
• Liaise with schools, institutions, embassies, and relevant partners where necessary.
• Prepare and submit applications within required timelines.
• Track application progress and provide timely updates to clients.
• Identify and escalate issues that may affect application outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of all applications and client documentation.
• Work closely with the Customer Experience and Business Development teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Stay updated on changes in admission and visa requirements and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree/HND in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in visa processing, admissions, travel consultancy, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of visa and admission processes is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
