Key Responsibilities

  • Support student applications across assigned international study destinations in line with approved admissions processes and timelines.
  • Review academic and supporting documents to confirm basic eligibility against course, institution, and country requirements.
  • Prepare, organise, and maintain complete application files before submission.
  • Ensure all documents are accurate, properly labelled, and submitted within required timelines.
  • Follow up with students regarding missing documents, corrections, or additional requirements.
  • Book, confirm and manage consultation appointments for academic counseling and study pathway discussions.
  • Provide students with clear, timely, and professional updates on application progress, next steps, and expected timelines.
  • Conduct basic research on universities, programs, intakes, tuition ranges, and application deadlines, and keep internal records updated.
  • Track application stages and maintain accurate digital records for each student, ensuring data consistency across internal systems.
  • Escalate complex cases, eligibility concerns, or delays promptly.
  • Support compliance with institutional, partner, and country-specific admissions guidelines.
  • Represent the organization professionally in all student communications, maintaining the brand's tone, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Promote the company's relevant study packages and services to prospective and existing students.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend suitable packages based on students' needs and study plans.
  • Achieve a minimum monthly target of 5 package sales.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Education, International Relations, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • 1 to 3 years of work experience.
  • Experience in international education, study abroad consultancy, or student recruitment will be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of basic admissions and application processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and documentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Commercial awareness and willingness to work towards sales targets.
