• Set up, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Manage the full paid media funnel from targeting to conversion.
• Collaborate with the Brand Content Creator to deploy high-performing ad creatives.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimization decisions.
• Test creatives, audiences, and placements strategically.
• Track and report campaign performance, including CPL, conversion rates, lead quality, and revenue attribution.
• Ensure ad spend is optimized for maximum ROI.

• Proven experience managing revenue-generating Meta campaigns.
• Strong understanding of lead quality, conversion optimization, and sales funnels.
• Ability to analyze data quickly and improve campaign performance in real time.
• Experience managing significant advertising budgets with measurable results.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of campaigns.
• Experience running ads for real estate, hospitality, or other high-ticket industries is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM tracking and source attribution is preferred.
• Experience with retargeting and lookalike audience strategies is preferred.
