• Perform aesthetic cosmetic treatments including facial rejuvenation and anti-ageing procedures
• Consult with clients and recommend tailored treatment plans for managing ageing and skin concerns
• Advise clients on available skin treatments, active ingredients, how they work, and product suitability
• Educate clients on the characteristics of Montaigne Place's medical-grade skincare lines
• Upsell and recommend appropriate medical-grade skincare products
• Supervise and mentor trainees and onboarding delegates within the spa team
• Maintain highest standards of clinical safety, hygiene, and client care

• Valid license as a Clinical Nurse or Certification in Cosmetology
• Bachelor's degree required
• 1+ years experience in a Medical Spa or Dermatology office
• Clinical experience in cosmetic therapy and cosmetology
• Experience using, recommending, and selling at least one major line of medical-grade skincare products
• Strong understanding of cosmetics, skincare, body care, fragrances, and related services
• Excellent client consultation, communication, and sales abilities
