• Research and identify high-potential affiliate partners through online channels and industry networks
• Onboard new affiliates effectively and introduce them comprehensively to company products and value propositions
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing partners to maximize retention and revenue
• Support planning and execution of targeted advertising campaigns alongside marketing team
• Participate actively in cross-functional team projects and company-wide initiatives
• Monitor affiliate performance metrics and optimize partnership strategies based on data insights

• Stay updated on iGaming trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate opportunities globally

• Higher National Diploma (HND) minimum qualification
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency for international business communication
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills for securing and retaining quality affiliates
• Ability to craft engaging, professional messages tailored to diverse partner audiences

• Residency in or near Victoria Island for reliable daily commute
