AchievaGrow is expanding its agricultural risk management efforts across 20 target states to support farmers, strengthen value chains and build a more digitally connected agricultural ecosystem.

• Support initiatives that improve agricultural decision-making and reduce risks for farmers.
• Work closely with farmers and other stakeholders across the agricultural ecosystem.
• Contribute to initiatives that strengthen sustainable agricultural value chains.
• Support farmer engagement and field operations related to agricultural risk management.
• Assist in implementing farmer-focused initiatives and programmes.

• Interest or experience in agriculture, agribusiness or agricultural risk management.
• Relevant experience or interest in agricultural insurance, farmer engagement, field operations or agricultural technology.
• Ability to work effectively with agricultural stakeholders and support farmer-focused initiatives.
• Understanding of agricultural value chains and agricultural risk-related issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work with farmers and participate in field activities.
