Greenspace Farms Limited — trading as Greenco — is an integrated agri-food business operating across egg production, plantain chip processing (Savanna Harvest brand), and FMCG distribution to over 126 retail outlets across Lagos. It is a founder-led business in active growth, building the systems and leadership team for the next decade.

This is not a conventional management trainee programme. We are looking for two exceptional young professionals to work in direct proximity to the Managing Director — learning how an integrated agri-food business is run, making real decisions, and gradually taking on genuine leadership responsibility over a structured 36-month mentorship programme. At the end of the programme, each successful graduate steps into a defined senior executive role within Greenco.

• Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Ogun/Lagos-based or willing to relocate)
• Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 monthly gross (reviewed at each programme milestone)
• Employment Type: Graduate Trainee Program (36 months)

Two Tracks Available

Track A — Operations & Farm Focus

• Focus areas: farm and field operations, logistics and supply chain, vendor management, inventory control, operational KPI reporting
• Career destination: Chief Operating Officer

Track B — Commercial & Business Focus

• Focus areas: sales and retail distribution, customer account management, revenue reporting, budgeting, market intelligence, commercial KPI tracking
• Career destination: General Manager / Commercial Director

Both tracks carry equal status and an equally structured development path.
