Orvalon Digital is recruiting on behalf of a client for an AI Content Creator & Channel Growth Manager to lead the production and growth of a new digital media brand focused on mystery, horror, unexplained events, and psychological storytelling across YouTube and TikTok.

• Produce and publish 2 original short-form videos daily for YouTube Shorts and TikTok.
• Produce 1 cinematic long-form YouTube video weekly.
• Use AI tools to develop visual assets, voiceovers, and other creative elements.
• Edit videos with strong hooks, dynamic captions, sound effects, and suspenseful pacing.
• Create compelling thumbnails and titles designed to improve click-through rates.
• Optimize content for YouTube and TikTok discovery and organic growth.
• Monitor watch time, audience retention, engagement, and other channel analytics.
• Continuously refine content strategy based on performance data.
• Maintain a consistent publishing schedule and manage the complete content workflow.
• Ensure all content is original and follows ethical organic-growth practices.

• Proven experience in video editing, digital content creation, and storytelling.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing, storytelling, pacing, and sound design.
• Practical experience using AI tools for video creation, voice generation, image generation, or content production.
• Experience with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Runway, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of hooks, audience retention, watch time, and social media algorithms.
• Experience managing or growing YouTube or TikTok channels is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of mystery, horror, suspense, and psychological storytelling is an advantage.
• Reliable computer, fast internet connection, and ability to consistently meet a demanding content schedule.
• Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently.
