The AI Content Creator & Channel Growth Manager will have full creative ownership over the workflow, leveraging AI tools to transform script ideas into high-retention suspenseful content for YouTube and TikTok while driving organic audience growth through data-driven optimization.

• Produce and publish 2 original short-form videos daily for YouTube Shorts and TikTok.
• Create 1 cinematic long-form video weekly for YouTube with high production value.
• Leverage AI tools for script ideation, voiceovers, and visual asset generation.
• Assemble polished videos featuring dynamic hooks, captions, sound effects, and suspenseful pacing.
• Craft high-CTR thumbnails and titles optimized for click-through rates.
• Optimize SEO tags and track retention analytics to refine content strategy continuously.
• Ensure 100% organic growth with zero tolerance for bots, purchased views, or copied content.
• Manage a consistent daily output calendar with self-directed discipline.

• Strong portfolio showcasing advanced video editing, storytelling pacing, and sound design.
• Practical mastery of modern AI tools (Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Runway, etc.) for workflow acceleration.
• Deep understanding of hook psychology, audience watch-time retention, and algorithm dynamics.
• Self-starter mindset with reliable computer setup and fast internet connection.
• Experience managing YouTube/TikTok channels with proven organic growth metrics.
• Ability to work independently as a contractor with strict deadline adherence.
